Metropolitan Group - real estate company in UAE, Austria, UK, Oman, expanding to Hong Kong.We are searching for a talented and experienced SMM Manager with a specific focus on LinkedIn. The candidate will manage up to 4 accounts (3 corporate, 1 personal) for the Metropolitan group of companies. We are seeking an active and creative professional who can deliver tasks on time, propose and implement engaging ideas for the development of our LinkedIn promotion strategy, both organically and through advertising tools.
Responsibilities:
⁃ Participation in creating the overall strategy and forming a content plan aligned with the company's business goals.
⁃ Budget planning and optimization for testing and live campaigns.
⁃ Writing and publishing engaging and relevant content for LinkedIn pages.
⁃ Creative development, including creating banners, advertising images, editing short videos, and preparing texts for various formats.
⁃ Timely posting on LinkedIn, including planning and launching effective advertising campaigns aligned with Metropolitan's overall marketing objectives.
⁃ Monitoring trends on LinkedIn, as well as changes in its algorithm and advertising features.
⁃ Generating leads through SMM strategies and handling audience communication for all incoming inquiries.
⁃ Collaborating with LinkedIn influencers to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications:
⁃ Minimum 2 years of experience in SMM on LinkedIn.
⁃ Profound knowledge of all platform features, including its algorithm, advertisement, and analytics.
⁃ Ability to digitize and analyze the results of your work.
⁃ Understanding of current trends in the luxury real estate industry and social media.
⁃ Strong experience with programs/online services for video and photo editing, as well as crafting creatives.
⁃ Native Russian language, fluent in English.
⁃ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⁃ Creative approach with the ability to create compelling and understandable content, published in a timely manner.
⁃ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
⁃ Preferably, experience in SMM in the luxury real estate or luxury goods sectors.
